Material Requirement Plan
 
 
The System is designed to convert the “Sales Plan/ Sales Order confirmation” to Production Plan after adjusting the finished goods stocks (with due consideration for minimum stock of finished / semi finished goods and current stocks as entered in to the system)

The Production Plan is exploded to materials using Bill of Various components materials / Semi finished goods as entered in to the system, and semi finished goods to its components thereby getting a list of basic materials, semi-finished goods to be produced.

This worked out requirement is then adjusted for material stocks available or on order

This system shall work out the following reports
  • Job-wise / sales order wise requirement estimate
  • Production Plan
  • Purchase Requirement Plan
 
Report Generator for Tally
 

Reports which are available in Tally are in Tally’s standard formats and one might need the same report in User Modified Formats.

As a result the entire report is retyped with all the needed details in MS excel. This creates duplication of work and is a huge waste of productive man hours.

E.g. In the below sheet all values shown in Red Colour have been automatically updated from Tally Data in its appropriate cell

R&D Team had Design the above solution for the double entry problem for MIS Report by Customizing Tally to generate Reports in MS Excel, which we call it as “Sheet Magic”

 

Voucher-Type Level Security
 

A must for any multi user Tally customer where the user has to be restricted for creation/alteration of a specific voucher type.

Eg.: “Rajesh”, a person from sales department can be restricted to create Sales Order only. Once created he can cannot modify. The modification rights can be given to “Kumar” who is the sales head, but he may be denied creating new orders.
